Syosset, NY – September, 2001 – WizSoft, Inc. released WizRule version 4 a business rule detector software tool, designed for data auditing, running under Windows 95/98/NT/2000. WizRule is available for $1,395.00 + shipping and handling.
WizRule – business rules detector, is a data auditing software tool that automatically reveals the rules in the data and points out cases that deviate from the discovered rules as suspected errors (cases to be investigated), useful to detect symptoms of fraud in the data:
Analyzes the data by revealing all the if-then rules in the data.
Reveals mathematical formula rules.
Discovers known and unknown rules in the content of a database.
Discovers relationships that may exist among unrelated fields and serves as a useful tool in fraud detection.
Points out, based on the discovered rules, the cases deviating from the norm and lists the rules to explain each deviation.
Points out spelling errors in names and values.
Avoids false alarms by calculating the level of unlikelihood of each deviation.
Displays the content of the deviated case.
Prints all the deviated records with or without the rules explaining each deviation.
In the Rule Report when clicking on one deviation, all the other deviations having the same value are colored.
In the Deviation Report you can filter the deviations by the values in each field.
The deviations can be exported to MS Access as a table.
WizRule directly reads ASCII, dbf, MS Access, MS SQL and Oracle data sets, and through ODBC and OLE DB.
